Group Fitness Class Information

We have a mixture of Les Mills, Aquatic and Senior classes available throughout the week.


LesMills BODYATTACK
A high energy class with moves that is suitable for beginners through to the advanced. Athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping are combined with strength exercises such as push ups and squats. With 30 or 45 minute classes available, BODYATTACK will challenge you (but in a good way!).

LesMills BODYBALANCE
This is a yoga based class designed to improve your mind, body and life. With elements of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, breathing control is a part of all exercises and movements. You'll strengthen your body and leave centred and calm after the 30, 45 or 60 minute BODYBALANCE class.

LesMills BODYCOMBAT
A high energy class with martial arts inspired, non contact moves. BODYCOMBAT is a great stress reliever and is available in a 30 or 60 minute class.

LesMills BODYPUMP
A barbell workout class that will get you toned and fit, fast! During the class you use light to moderate weights repetiously to give you a total body workout. BODYPUMP is available in a 30, 45 or 60 minute class.

LesMills BODYSTEP
This full body cardion workout will really tone your behind and thighs! With lots of stepping moves, BODYSTEP is available in a 45 or 60 minute class.

LesMills GRIT
This high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will help improve strength while building lean muscle. Using barbells, weight plates and body weight exercise, GRIT is a 30 minute class.

LesMills Sprint
A high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, that uses a stationary indoor bike to achieve fast results. Sprint is a low impact, 30 minute class.

LesMills RPM
With RPM, the level of intensity is completely up to you! You control your resistance levels and speed, which helps to build your fitness level over time. RPM is a fun, low impact, 45 minute class.

BodyFit
A high intensity personalised small group training class. Achieve your fitness goals fast with experienced personal trainers in like 45 minute class.

Yoga
An ancient art that will increase your flexibility, balance, strength and wellbeing. This 60 minute class is great for mind, body and spirit.

Tai Chill
This class uses easy to follow movements based on traditional Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Zen concepts. During this 45 minute class, you will focus on building flexibility, strength and balance.

Fit for Life
A moderate to low intensity class designed to increase strength, fitness and wellbeing. These 45 minute sessions are suitable for seniors or anyone with stable long term health conditions.

Fitball
A low impact class using fitballs. This 45 minute session aims to improve range of motion, body alignment, posture, strength and stability.

Aqua Interval
A combination of shallow and deep water exercises, this 60 minute class is designed for all fitness levels.

Aquarians
A water workout designed for all swimming abilities in a social, fun atmosphere. One of our most popular classes, over 60 minutes you will have fun, keep active and make friends with the Aquarian Social Club.

Deep Water Running
This class uses exercises and aqua running in deep water using buoyancy aids. Suitable for all fitness levels and beneficial for injury recovery, these 45 minute sessions will also assist arthritis and joint issues.

Water Walking
Taking advantage of the waist deep waters resistance, this 45 minute class uses noodles and dumbbells at a quick walking pace.
