We have a range of Group Fitness classes to suit all ages and abilities.
Group Fitness Studio
CXWorx: A 30 minute core-strengthening program that uses resistance tubing to create tension in core. CXWORX will tighten your abs and butt, but also strengthen the muscles crucial to functional movement.
BodyPump: Use barbells, to strengthen, tone and challenge your entire body. Your choice of weight enables you to get the results you came for and fast!
BodyStep: Energizing, athletic step class using height adjusting steps. Motivating music and simple moves make this class fun & easy to follow. The ultimate leg and butt workout.
BodyCombat: A non-contact cardio workout incorporating moves from a range of self defence principles. Strike, kick & punch your way to superior cardio fitness.
BodyAttack: This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
BodyBalance: Calling on methods such as Yoga, Tai chi and Pilates. This class builds flexibility, strengthen your muscles, improve your posture & teach you valuable relaxation techniques.
Metafit: a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training.
GRIT Strength: A 30 minute high intensity workout.
Yoga: An ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will increase your flexibility, balance, strength and wellbeing.
Cycle (RPM) Studio
- RPM: An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Let our inspiring leader take you over the hills, flats, mountain trails & interval training.
- Sprint: 30 minute high intensity interval training designed with science, safety and results in mind.
Fit for Life Studio
BodyFit: A personalised small group training class. Achieve your fitness goals fast with experienced personal trainers instructing each class in our downstairs funtional training gym.: A personalised small group training class. Fitball: A low impact class using fitballs to improve the range of motion, body alignment, posture, strength and stability.
Fit for Life: A gentle physical activity program suitable for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.
Heart Health: Is a low to moderate physical activity class. The group exercise sessions incorporate aerobic activity, resistance exercises, balance and stretching. Modifications are made to suit individual needs.
Aqua Fitness
Aqua Interval: A combination of chest deep and deep water exercises designed for all fitness levels to motivating music.
Aquarians: A water workout designed for all swimming abilities in a social, fun atmosphere. Have fun, keep active and make new friends with the Aquarian social club.
Water Walking: A class held in waist deep water to music for those who enjoy the water environment. The water supports the body’s weight, reducing stress on the joints and minimising pain.
Deep Water Running: Exercises and aqua running in the deep using buoyancy aids. Suitable for all fitness levels and especially beneficial for injury recovery, arthritis and joint problems.
