All new members receive an initial health and fitness appraisal during which time you will discuss your lifestyle goals with one of our qualified instructors. Based on your consultation, the instructor will develop a personalised workout plan for you and show you through the health club equipment to ensure you are comfortable with your program.
Our instructors conduct regular reviews of your program and progress and are available as required to offer you help and advice.

Personal training is a great way to fast-track fitness goals and is ideal for those looking for motivation or simply want to individualise their current fitness program. Personal training is available in half hour (members only) or 1 hour sessions with both one-on-one or group training options available.
