Initial health assessment
These are conducted by the SWSC’s qualified and experienced trainers who can provide you with the advice and support you need to keep on track with your health goals. Health Assessments include a range of measurements including, but not limited to, weight, height, body fat %, muscle mass, hydration levels and girth measurements. It is completely your choice which measurements you would like, or if you would just like to chat to a trainer and ask questions.
Throughout your membership you can continually get program and health assessment reviews. Our Trainers are available as needed for any additional assistance you may need.
- We offer a range of programs designed by our Trainers. We also specialise in sport specific training and corporate fitness.
