Class Types

  • An introductory program for infants that encourages babies to explore the water in a safe and enjoyable way with their parents. Infants will learn skills in safely entering the water, breathing, submersing, floating, maintaining balance and basic arm and kick actions.

  • A program is for pre-school aged children where parents will begin to be transitioned out of the water so children can swim independently. The focus is on progressing children from water exploration to water safety and swimming skill development.

  • School-aged program aimed at skill-based learning. Each level teaches stroke development and water safety with a focus on progression at the student’s own pace.

  • Calling all junior swimmers! Our Squad Training program is designed for competent swimmers who want to take their skills to the next level. Dive into stroke correction, endurance building, and speed development. To join, simply pass RLSS Level 8 and get ready to swim like a pro!

  • Learn to swim classes for young people who may not have had much exposure to swimming but want to develop their confidence and water-safety skills in a more age-appropriate group.

  • Are you ready to conquer the water? Our adult lessons are here to build your water confidence and teach you the basic stroke techniques. Whether you’re a non-swimmer or need a little stroke correction, our experienced instructors have got you covered. Gain new skills and unlock the joy of swimming!

  • Sometimes, we all need a little extra attention. That’s why we offer private lessons for adults, students with special needs (including autism, ADHD, or sensory processing needs), and those who are recommended by our instructors that require extra assistance. Enjoy the personalized guidance of our instructors and make remarkable progress in no time!
